A pre authorisation from a card will be required to make your reservation. The booking is only secured when a pre authorisation is taken from a card. Your card is NOT charged and this process is fully encrypted with Stripe. A pre authorisation from a card protects us from no shows and late cancelations.
We have a 15 minute grace period, after this your reservation will be set as a no show. If you do not show for your reservation then a £20 per guest charge will automatically be charged to the card that was submitted when you made your reservation.
If your party reduces in size and we are not notified more than 2 hours prior your reservation charge then you could incur a £20 per guest no show fee for the reduction in numbers. If you cancel your table less than 2 hours prior to your reservation then you could incur in a late cancellation fee of £10 per guest.
All reservation are allocated a time on tables so please call the team if you have any queries regarding this. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times during your visit. For guests that have visited us before and have a preference on a certain table, please note we will try to our best to fulfil your request however this is not always possible.
