Outdoor dining with a difference at The Brook.

The Dough Shack is a shipping container turned bar and kitchen which we created back in Spring 2021.

In The Doughshack Kitchen we keep the outdoors, outdoors, we cook using the oldest method known to man, kiln dried wood and flame. We don’t just cook pizza in our wood fired oven, We cook joints of meat, vegetables, fish and shell fish!

Whether you’re calling in for a al fresco tipple or meeting up with friends or family, pull up a bean bag or book one of our benches that seat up to 8 guests. To enjoy pizza or other wood fired dishes, cold beer on draught and of course, on of our alcoholic slushes!! Wrapped up in an Ibiza style staycation feel…… all the countryside of Worcestershire!

Dogs are welcome too!

The Dough Shack Booking policy: All Dough Shack reservations are weather permitting and we can not guarantee we will be able to relocate your reservation into our main restaurant if the weather is bad at the time of your reservation. Tables seat up to a maximum of 8 guests and we are unable to push tables together to make large reservations. You will be required to make multiple reservations for bookings of over 8 guests. We can not guarantee you will be sat together however we will try our upmost best to seat you on the closet tables together. Children must be supervised by adults at all times when visiting us. We kindly ask that all dogs as friendly as they may be remain on a lead at all times when visiting us.
